"I love my Community Group!  It's where I have made my deepest friends."

"Community group creates a space for deeper connection. It’s a comfortable setting where we
can learn about God, share openly, and walk through the good and hard parts of life together."

"Community Group is where I feel most seen and known."

"Community Group: hang out with the people you will spend eternity with."

"Community groups help connect people within the church, allowing you
to form deeper relationships with each other and grow spiritually."

Community Groups are made up of a small group of CBC believers who attempt to grow together in
maturity of the truth and relationship, all while pursuing God's plan of reaching the lost around us.

WHERE and WHEN do groups meet?
Groups meet throughout the week.  Most groups meet biweekly, while others meet monthly.  Most groups meet in members' homes.
What happens at a group?
While each group may function slightly differently from the other, the same key elements happen in all groups:  eating, spending time together, studying God's Word together, group discussion and prayer.
What kinds of groups are offered?
Groups are generally life-stage based, although location and availability are also key elements of a Community Group.  There are groups located in several different areas as an attempt to reach a broad range of members.
Can I visit a group before joining?
Absolutely!  We highly encourage and desire for anyone interested in getting involved in a Community Group to visit to see if it is the best fit for you.
